Chimera, 3rd commander of the codes.

Identification is her metallic mouthpiece, the bottom lip is made of a fleshy rubber to replicate a real lip.
Her powers consist of poison elements. This also allows her to give the receiver hallucinations and intoxications. She can manipulate poison freely in the form of attacks, and can generate it at will. She's also completely immune to poison and can use it as a source of empowerment as well.

Her hair is dreaded the lower it goes, which is then submerged into thicker clumps that are supposed to signify power cables.
